Frequently Asked Questions

How does the trial work?

You get 14-days to create as many reports as you like, with any report type. No credit card needed. Once your 14-days are over, you’ll be prompted to select a plan and enter your billing information to continue using your account.

How do I manage my billing?

When you select a plan, you’ll be taken to a form where you enter your billing address and credit card information. These will be used for your first purchase. You can always change these for subsequent purchases in your Account Settings.

What’s the difference between the annual and monthly plans?

By pre-paying for a year, you save 16 to 18% on your annual costs. If you choose monthly, we bill you each month for the coming month.

Can I change my plan?

If you choose a monthly plan, you can always switch to an annual plan.  But once you’re on the annual plan, you cannot switch to the monthly plan until the year is up.

Can I use this for my whole organization?

Yes, that’s the idea! TI Reporter is a multi-user system, enabling you to create accounts for you and your staff. Make sure to choose at least the Pro plan.
